We have a paper guestbook on site and have transferred some of the content on to this page. If you have stayed at Langley Glamping, we hope you enjoyed your stay and would appreciate you adding some comments about your stay to this page
Following the Government announcement on December 19th Northumberland has been put into Tier 4 restrictions. Unfortunately this means the glamping site must remain closed. The situation is obviously constantly changing, but at the moment we do not know when we will be allowed to reopen.
The cabins at Langley Dam Glamping are all self contained, each with en-suite facilities - social distancing can easily be maintained on site and must be adhered to. All guests staying in each cabin must be from the same household or social bubble. Names and addresses of guests will be requested and we will keep this information for a minimum of 21days according to the NHS track and trace regulations.
We have installed hand sanitizer dispensers at the communal entry points to the site for guests to use. Hand wash is also provided in the cabins. Deep cleaning and disinfection of the cabins between guests will be routinely performed – to allow us to have the extra time necessary for thorough cleaning we are altering our check-in time to 4.30pm at the earliest.
With our fully furnished rental option in normal circumstances we would usually provide all bedding required during your stay. However this year we will NOT be routinely providing pillows or duvets as the laundering of these items to control infection will be extremely difficult between guests. We will continue to provide towels, mattress protectors and sheets, (and also pillowcases and duvet covers should you require them). If you are unable to bring these items with you (for example if you are travelling by bike or on foot) then please let us know.
We have been accredited by the AA as Covid Confident. This should provide you confidence that you can visit our site safely, with COVID-19 risk assessments and safety procedures in place, and staff trained with relevant COVID-19 safety training.
